in the device manager its recognising it, but tom tom doesnt pick it up atall, i click on update and it says if it asks to connect click yes, i click yes and nothing happens.

i plug it into comp, it says do you want to connect, i click yes.
Then it says like dont touch, then goes onto a white and orange screen with a pic of tom tom one with a lead going into it and a grey ...
