Just as a followup ... I can use the bluetooth manager on my IPAQ h5450 to search the BT-308 (actually rebranded to HP) and I can
see a service "BT-GPS COM Port" ...
Its the Widcomm stack on an hp laptop with builtin bluetooth.
They call it "Bluetooth by hp"
The laptop can see the Bt-308 and can pair up but then it wants
to interogate it for "services" and can ...
Trying to get a BT-308 to show up as a COM port on XP laptop ...
Bluetooth manager says there are no "services" on the device.
Only shows it as an unknown device Majors(31), Minor(0) ?
