I was upgrading my 910 the other day, and TT Home crashed in the middle.
TT Home said it had 2 upgrades for the unit. It did one, I think the application upgrade, successfully. Then there was a me ... |

I have a 910 and it does a couple of things that are really irritating. I was wondering if anyone had tips to prevent these issues, or if I will just have to live with them.

Update: I got the ground loop filter linked above, and it works perfectly. The MP3 player on my 910 sounds great now.

Following up to myself: it's a ground loop problem. I did some Googling and this product looks ideal for an easy fix.

So I get my new 910 all hooked up... and I find that the external speaker output has a really irritating whining noise when the TomTom is plugged in to my lighter.
