I had an idea. I put the SD card back into the PC and moved all the POI sounds from the directory with the .ov2 and .bmp files into the separate sounds directory which had a few .wav's ...

Very near where the M5 joins the M4. Smile

I don't get the prompt whether it is the sound or not. The satnav just immediately crashes back to the list of pois to alert on, and doesn't associate any sound with that poi.

I've picked up a 3 year old Renault Scenic with built-in TomTom Carminat.

I've followed the speedcam installation instructions and downloaded what appears to be the right speedcam databas ...

In the promo video, they reverse the mount and use the jaws in an air vent and the sucker on the back of a kindle. Do you think it would be strong enough to hold an ipad?

As far as the in-app purchase of the panorama view... once you've purchased it, you'll get another option near 'extras' called 'downloading'. If you go into this, you'll see the download progress.
