Hi all,
Trying to help a friend of mine who has the XL classic I believe and has purchased a new map.
While trying to install the map the unit crashes and stops.
It reports not enough memory.

Had to do a partial reset to help.
GPS fix a bit better but as soon as I go through an underpass I lose signal few about 10 mins when clear again.
Tomtom forum has others reporting this on their 820 ... |

Since This the new map update my 825 live keeps loosing the GPS fix and always starts up looking for a fix.
Tried drum roll reset.
Anyone have any ideas what else to try |

Did you go for it in the end?
If you did, then you can get third part mount solutions, but they won't be active, they just replace the ball and sucker with som ... |

Just trying a reboot again.
On the journey today it was fine then it lost the traffic bar then came on and was keep connecting and then spinning and repeated a couple of times.
