hi still having trouble transferring poi's they now appear on my tomtom in tomtom home but can't find them when i disconnect from computer and try to locate them on my tomtom

can somebody help me ,i'm trying to get some poi's i've downloaded on to my tomtom can't be doing something right ,basically i trying to send it to the tomtom but doesn't appear in my poi's category o ...
