They're very prone to that on the western stretch of the M25. Another favourite is the dot matrix signs saying trafiic jam after jubction, when the road is empty as far as you can see.

If these things are live all the time, do we know what speed they trigger at. I regularly travel through these, the ones at Nottingham and the ones on M25 at 80 plus and have heard nothing as a result ... |
