I then set it for the middle of Vauxhall bridge to be warned the same thing. Can you avoid the LCZ when you are actually crossing Vauxhall bridge then? I think a U Turn would be frowned upon Very Happy

Have a look through the settings.

Check you have Toll Roads set to ASK.

Yes it is.

If the destination is INSIDE the LCZ how could you ever avoid it?

OK, so a bit more investigation I have set a destination inside the LCZ, to be warned "Destination is on a toll road" but it has no option to avoid this.

What exactly is the issue? The LCZ is treated as a set of Toll Roads on my
740 and iPhone app with the option to avoid.

LCZ POIs are available from PGPSW.

Now the interesting reply I received from TomTom was to backup the corrupt file, format the TomTom and reload the corrupt file back again.
