| The poster's computer was hacked but My Drive was not the culprit. If it were, everyone using My Drive would have the same issue. And they're not. |

| Yes, that model normally does its updating using WiFi but you can also update using the usb cable that came with the device and MyDriveConnect running BUT minimized. |
