Once again thanks for your help. When I load the SD card, TT starts and then it disappers. It is not even writing the TomTom directory in the program files.

I have Vario II and using TT 5.21 and exactly have the same problem. It works fine on my Ipaq 3870 which runs on Win 3x system. Please email me if you have managed it to work.
