I don't think it's the size but the brand of the SD card. Many people (including myself) use 1GB cards without problems.
What brand/type of card are you using? |

The Navman shop lists a "Single Region Unlock Key" for 75 €, if you're sure you only need France. On the other hand, perhaps it's safer to buy all of Western Europe for the price of 2 single regions.. ... |

If you recommend the SanDisk basic then maybe I'll go that route - else I guess the SanDisk Ultra would be compatible too.

If the 2D map doesn't scroll, try pressing the ESC button one or two times. Works for my iCN530.
