Well...unless I'm missing something the £44 Li Po battery pack won't last any longer than a set of 2700 mAh rechargeables.i also could be wrong but,i race model cars i used to use 2700 mah nimh rechar ... |

Oh dear...so the battery pack sounds like a bit of a waste of time and money...and you'll need to cart around the old battery holder for when the Li Pol battery dies....think I'll stick with the AAs. ... |

as stated twice now on this forum .my batteries are always left in satmap,current set have been in for 4 weeks iv'e done 3 short walks due to work commitments,in that time .meter still shows 4 bars. |

This is a known issue that you are told about when you open the box, I simply remove a cell when I don't need to use the unit - only once have I forgotten and flattened a new(ish) set of Lithium cells ... |
