I have a 2210 with the firtuna and TT2...
I haven't had any problems at all sine I updated the bios on the 2210 (from www.hp.com).
I didn't ever have the problem with having to turn the blutooth ... |

It still has both chip sets, and the swith to change between them is actually a normal switch, not that weird little thing you need to stick a pin in 
I think they have changed the battery type ... |

You need this installed first:
http://www.angeltowns.com/town/bluetooth/
Once you have installed it, you should try removing and then re-adding the bluetooth receiver on the XDA.
Worked fine ... |
