I see that under Mobile Phone GPS, you only have software-specific forums. Could you start a/more new ones say for, say, Windows Smartphones and Symbian Smartphones. I had a particular question ...

I'm using Palm, but expect other people will be grateful for your suggestion...

Could you be more specific? I had a look before posting and nothing popped out at me - not all 'problems with TT' are related to this specific issue I expect.

Slight snag - I'm using Palm... (and TTN 4.4)

Don't really want to uninstall TT as useful to get me to the point where I want to use maps such as Ordnance Survey.

Like 'jj1966', I had a BT GPS and then had to buy the bundle (with BT GPS) to get the software so then had two BT GPSs. If doing this again, I would buy the wired GPS (for use in the car) as my T3 cra ...

It seems both companies are (rather helpfully) sticking their heads in the sand. Fugawi have told me that they consider the PDA market to still be evolving so they won't be applying any fixes to this ...
