Yes it's a retail version on a pda/phone s100; some TT5 poi works, some others freeze the program; all pois downloaded work perfectly.

Try the following solution:
Edit the register with a third part program and in register of PDA..
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shell
Change..
HasKeyboard value from 1 to 0
or if U h ... |

Thanks for the reply, but I believe that only works with version 4.
I have TT5 with a pda/phone s100. After installation no keyboard; after register modification, adding the value, keyboard appears.
