I use Tomtom/Checkpoint mostly to "follow" unplanned journeys. Go to map view, tools > clear route and then back to nav view. |

I might give Poiplace a try anyway for the speed rated cameras if anything else. |

Yep, the button shortcut works if the PPC is already switched on. I thought it might've been the SD card as well but Tomtom can see the maps which is also on it |
