I have downloaded the consolidated file to my iCN 530 using Activesync 4.2, which I updated to recently. It went fine for me and works a treat 8O

Goliboy ..... you can download in .csv format. Before clicking the download button ensure that you select 'Navman' in the "select sat nav system" and you will get the files you need. Smile

According to the manual, the maximum number of custom POI's that may be loaded on the iCN530 is 25. I haven't neared that number yet though.
Maybe I need to get out more 8O

You could always download the TT version and then try using PoiEdit (free from http://www.poiedit.com) to change the format to csv.
