The 255 is the 250 upgrade and a great little device but also wait until early next month and you can get the 1200 and 1300 if you walk alot as well. |

The English Dan is TTS I do believe so that would not work on the 250.
I will take a look at this though as I might create a standard voice. |

Just drop the normalisation point by about 3db, not sure what software you are using but send me the files and I can batch process them for you if you cannot get it sorted.

I would take the 300 back as it is a discontinued product, the 205 has all the latest software so you can add third party content and do much more with it.

Do you have the latest software installed on your 200? Use the web updater to update your device, this is quite common as you need the latest software to run new voices. |

Lee,
Open the Mp3 in a sound editor and normalize the file, the setting may be too low. Failing that amplify the sound file.
