Using Sprite back-up, you only load one at a time, not side by side.

If you use Sprite back-up software, you can load TT3, do a back-up, then hard reset or load TT5 on top, save that as a different file and then use whichever one you want by loading the appropriate bac ... |

You could load the "Swiss Plus" maps or equivalent which will give you major roads in the UK, and the detailed Swiss maps.

When I used to run TT3 with a dodgy/slow SD card, I used to have similar problems. Can you try a diferent memory card and see if it still does it?

No, you can't put a space in on TT5 either - the postcode above comes out as Mike says - Baddow Road.

You need to put an empty folder called TOMTOM in the root directory of the storage card - it will work with 6 digits then, as long as you have loaded the postcode file from the CD.

When there is a problem, I haven't heard a warning. I get a DingDong, (always reminds me of an airplane's fasten seat belts noise) when the Traffic has successfully updated.
