Why is the speed set to "0"? a vehicle cannot pass at "0"? the DS cannot interpret just a "0" in the speed parameter.
With the DS database no speed settings were present at variable speed locations ... |

Sadly DS have thrown in the towel 
The PGP database is directional for the DS and it is improving all the time, of course it is still a learning curve, but I think you will get on with the PGP ... |

I have downloaded the latest DSpocketgps_uk_sc.csv 18.05.07 file and I have programmed this into the DS as a stand alone file.
As Snoopydog pointed out it maybe a conflict with the original DS file ... |
