There is absolutely no way that the PocketGPS Speed Camera Databases can cause a Tomtom to die.
There are simple POI files (which the Tomtom is designed to work with) that load up onto the maps etc ... |

As a thought.... could PGPSW just supply Fixed Camera Locations for Free in one POI File.
Then for additional cost, provide all the split POI's as are currently available.

Being able to re-map the Buttons the Remote Control, so you can create shortcuts to different items.

Thats most likely, as you have installed MRE off the CD onto a new SD Card.
It's reverted back to the version on the CD, as I believe the O/s is on the SD Card. You probably need to run the 5.2 Up ... |

So if i purchase the MOWE, you get pretty much the whole of europe - and you just load them onto any SD Card as you need them.
Just quite difficult to comprehend roughly £100 for MOWE or ... |

You are able to find out the Database Date with the Origin B2. I'm not infront of mine.... but I think it tells you on the boot up screens.

Not sure about an extension cable, but you can certainly replace the antenna with a cable + aerial. Which you can get from multiple places including the Origin website.

If you get the latest wiring loom set with the PocketPC output - it gives you an RJ11 connection as it stands.
