Most strange I bought a 510 3 weeks ago,backed up card to PC,then downloaded onto a new 2Gb SD card.Worked fine did not have to activate anything!

Further to above.
My normal card has latest 6.52 firmware.Just stuck in the supplied card which is 6.51 booted OK.So it would appear that they will boot with lower firmware but then mine is only one ...

I formatted mine as FAT. I don't know whether a TT will boot OK using a card with a lower firmware perhaps a mind superior to mine can answer,but my gut feeling is your TT may be kaput.Have you tried ...

Did you go into Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder options/View/Then click on show hidden files and folders.uncheck hide extensions for known file types.

I'am using Liz voices just run a demo thorough some 30mph cameras just get the voice warning.

Just renamed the OGG file to pocketgps_uk_gatso_30.ogg & it works.
Nowhere I have read that you need to rename files

My TTGo510 is running 6.52 with GPSW speed cameras.Have downloaded & installed Liz Whittaker OGG files under Maps.So have OV2.BMP,&OGG files for each camera however still get the old warnings. ...
