Swav, yes, this is the file I used. Rename it to Auto Alert 1.dat (include the spaces in the file name), and then put it on your PC at the following location:
C:\DestinatorApps\Installer\Con ... |

The licence key should be at the bottom of the front page of a leaflet entitled "Destinator Quick Start Guide" ... |
