You need the latest MBUX software (from late March 2000. Earlier versions did not give audible warning. You can use the Mercedes single file from here but it must be in a folder called PersonalPOI on ...

So command online is HDD run, not SD card like the audio 20 version.
There is no option I can see anywhere in any menu that would indicate you can load personal POI’s onto the system :-(
