Do the alerts only come on the iPhone though and not through the cars head unit/CarPlay as if so then it’s pointless to me as my iPhone is in pocket/bag.

Ah ok pity, and almost pointless then as you point out. Although I suppose adding them you could still have them displayed I suppose on the screen.

Ah ok pity. I might buy a newer version off eBay then, least have the newer maps. How are they selling on eBay then official cards? Would think the cards stick to vehicles if you can't copy the cards?

Can you backup Nissan Connect sat nav? Can you just take out the SD card and copy the card onto your computer? I want a backup in case. Also can you use the sat Nav SD from one Nissan to another? Talk ...
