Just thought i`d close the circle on this thread in case it happens to anyone else.
Standard repair fee for damage to the unit, caused by the customer, is 170 euros.
So, my new screen cost me £1 ... |

Hi Zuke and thanks for the reply.
The Tom Tom is right out of the box apart from the 5.1 upgrade. I haven`t bought any map packs etc so i assume, if i`m able to get mine repaired/replaced, there sh ... |

Thanks for the info guys,
Assuming the screen can be replaced/repaired, would it have to be returned to the manufacturing plant in Holland or are there repairers in the UK?.

.... and of course it landed face down on the only stone within 20 yards.
Result is my screen is cracked and the indentation where the stone hit the screen is causing it to think that specific area ... |

I just tried updating a friends TTG Classic with app version 5.1 and it went smoothly except for 1 vital flaw, i lost *all* street names.
I suspect it has something to do with it having ... |
