Mines fine (fibreglass car as well) :D
I even tried it attached to the underside of my sunroof (that has a carbon fibre panel instead of the glass) and it worked fine through that too. |

Good idea, just would not have risked the glue of the velcro pads on the leather.
Am curious as to why you run Road Angel AND TTG?
(As i bought TTG as a superior to Road Angel). |

I had issues with the self adhesive disk AND any other bracket because every surface in my car was leather. The steep rake of the windscreen made that option impossible too .
