I don't know what firmware version has ck3100 i can check and also I can upgrade it.
If upgrading parrot fix the problem, then i'll try to upgrade my ck3000 (it's more complicated, i haven't cable, ... |

I've the same problem with a parrot ck3000 v3.13, and one nokia 6680 with V 3.04.35 12-05-05 RM-36 and tomtom mob. 5.
