In the end I turned off WiFi and download over 3G, and it was OK.
very odd, stuck at 83% every time on WiFi

I had cause to wipe my phone today, and I am trying to re0install CA, however it will not download from the store!
It gets to 83%, sticks there and then crashes out with an error after a few mi ... |
