| I can only suggest uninstalling using something like REVO to remove everything, re-booting and installing the latest version of GE. You will probably need to re-enter any account and device details. |

On GE 17.8.4. Offered map update immediately, though had issues downloading as it didn't like my 2GB micro SD card. Replacing it with a 4GB and all was well.
