Checked my hard disk and the file sizes for the last 3 maps that I installed to PC (as well as Nuvi) were (for full Europe):
2024.20 - 7.18 Gb
2024.10 - 7.13 Gb
2023.10 - 6.39 Gb

I downloaded ok as soon as it came out and 2024.20 works ok for me. Wonder what the issue is/was.

The Garmin website isn't known for being up-to-date, especially on downloads where the older version often takes a while to be replaced.

It gives me an option to install on a PC - although I selected the option for device and PC when I installed 2024.20
