I believe Memory Map's Road Angel, despite it's name, can be loaded with Maritime Charts. This will give you Road sat-nav, OS Maps on land, and use on a boat.

Navigator 7 from Directions allows you to enter a Departure and Destination and many intermediate wayoints. Nav 7 can then optimise these for you, and/or you can change things around yourself.

After I scanned mine in, I checked them against Google Earth. I took a Lat/Long reading from MM and input this into 'earth to see how closely they lined up. Surprisingly accurate actually.
