Activesync, which version?

Hi,

I'm getting an Ipaq (H2210) and will need to install activesync on my PC.

Should I use the version shipped with the Ipaq or download the latest and use that?

I ask because I've seen a few posts that seem to indicate potential problems with the latest.

I need activesync to install software etc. Don't think I will use it for sync'ing outlook.

What does the latest version 'do' that makes it a worthwile upgrade?

I don't know what the laters version does to make it a 'must have' but I've used it since it came out with no problems. It is build 4034.

There were some problems with previous versions of ActiveSync, particularly with the Bluetooth and WiFi sync. These were addressed in Build 4034 which I have been using since release with no problems at all via Bluetooth.

why do yo use both gpsassist and checkpoint?
