Garmin Nuvi 1390 voice alerts

I have not updated anything for over a year but because I now have some long journeys to make I bought updated maps on an SD card
Downloaded garmin POI loader ,
went to download the database and there only seems to be singlefile, no other option available for the Garmin, problem is the available voices seem to only be available for zoned files

my existing warning now only gives a boing except on a gatso when it says gatso30 but doesnot give a voice alert ie gatso head,
and even with gatso it doesnt warn on some gatso although it shows an icon
I would appreciate if anyone can offer advice in sorting this in the next 3 days

Go to the To Download A Different Version: section below the Download Same Format button.

Select GARMIN POILOADER in the first step, not GARMIN OTHER.

Thank you for the guidance, I was struggling, I just couldnt remember where to find the files and doing a search didnt help
