Is it just my device or has anyone else noticed; LIVE Sevices Weather has not updated since Saturday 10th December.

Yep, mine was back on today, and more accurate than the weather man who said it was going to be heavy snow. All I saw was a bit of slushy snow which melted when it hit the ground.
