Haven't been able to use Telmap all day and getting the message; Unable to connect to network. If problem persists, please check settings etc etc.
Everything else on phone working fine - maps, facebook etc.
Please help! |

Hi Das,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We didn't notice anything particular preventing access in the last several days - so I hope that this was something transitory that has now passed on, and that you are now able to access the network again
Tks

Telmap 5 opens and acquires gps location, but I'm still not getting any map data loading and I keep getting a 'Network tiemout' error message if I search for anything. Is there a problem with the servers at the moment? (I'm in South Africa). |

I too am running 5.41b49 and have the same intermittent problem. It never occurred on V4. I am using a Blackberry 9800 Torch. The only thing I have noticed is that if I carry out a hard re-set, it works for a short period of time. Obviously I can't keep carrying out re-sets every time I need to use SatNav!! |

Update:
The problem is truly intermittent and it now doesn't make any difference if I reboot the Torch. |

We have this on blackberry torch, and HTC Desire. So it's not a handset problem. It's a Telmap problem. And after they'd finally sorted the volume - such a shame but we can't keep messing about like this all the time when there are other, more reliable services..... |

same problem here in France with the Bold 9000, sometimes it's work, but today, i really need my GPS and it say that it's impossible to connect to the network.
It's impossible to find a place with the search, but if i choose a location where i already went, it's work !
Please find a solution to this problem PLEASE T_T |
