Toshiba car kit

I have an e350 toshiba with TT3. My problem is the cables that are used to connect up to the receiver and the power supply. My wife is for ever telling me what a mess it looks! I have to admit that she is right. Does anybody know how I can sort this out of where I can get a more compact system. The major problem is the coiled power lead. Furthermore I would like to have the cradle with a built in speaker for more volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
