Why does it them decide that you want to see all the PIOs from that category when you're driving? You have to then untick that PIO category every time you edit a PIO! |

Well, I can see the logic behind it. You edit a POI, therefore you have been looking at that category, otherwise you wouldn't know it needed to be edited, therefore you want to continue to see it.
Mind you, I'm not impressed with TT's POIs. I have a fitted TomTom Carminat in my Renault van and one category is Renault shops. The one where I bought and service my van is positioned a street away from reality and you'd never find it when you discovered you hadn't reached it - there is a block of one way streets and no through roads which would effectively defeat any sensible attempts at driving round to find it! _________________ Dennis

"It's a feature , sir....."
It's one of several "useful" little parts of the software, where it tries to tell you what you want, rather than do what you've told it to do.
The worst example of which (IMHO) is how, on a LIVE-capable model, it keeps insisting on switching the Browse Map view over to show Traffic (and nothing else) when I'm trying to work with some POIs. |
