|
|
Have just got a Satmap Active 10 plus for Xmas and when trying to upgrade from V1.45 to the latest V1.5 I get :
'SATSync failed to download some files from the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again'
I know my internet connection is fine and have tried on 2 different computers with the same result.
Does anyone have any ideas? |

Two possibilities spring to mind:-
1.Are you using the latest version of Satsync ( 1.5 ) ?
2.Have you got the latest platform software ?
According to my Active 10 it is Platform 21.
( Fom the Map page, right hand button at the bottom-Settings-About ( should tell you the Version Number and the Platform Number ).
I am sure someone else will be along with other suggestions,if not give Satmap a ring/e-mail they are very helpful.

Yes, using SatSync 1.5 and platform 21 (09.02.21).
Thanks, will get in touch with Satmap support on Wednesday. |

Just had a thought, your anti-virus isn't blocking the download or restricting Satsync's access the the internet is it ?
