You need to enable the camera POIs.
In TomTom, go to File, Properties, POI, then scroll and check POCKETGPS UK SC.
It should now work. |

That's not surprising. CheckPOInt.ov2 is where your recorded POIs go - not the database, which is POCKETGPS_UK_SC.ov2 (displayed in TomTom Navigator with spaces instead of underscores).

i do not follow what you are saying, in tom tom propeties i have checkPOInt with a x in the box to disply POI, at the side of the x there is no camera icon.
when i down loaded the pocketgps_uk_sc file and un zipped, there was 4 folders ,pocket bit map,2 times excel folders and a ov2 file, these are all loaded in my 2210 ,my docs, where should each file go to get the camera icons working, an idiots guide would be helpfull
sorry for been so thick |

Ah - you should have put the .bmp and .ov2 file inside your TomTom Navigator map folder, which you'll find somewhere on your storage card called, for example "Great_Britain Navigator Map".
The two Excel files are not needed.

i have put the 2 files (.bmp,ov2)inside the "Great_Britain Navigator Map". folder on my sd card but still no camera icon showing.
if i click on the bmp file it opens up a screen with just a white box but no camera piccy, could this be the problem |
