I wonder if someone could tell me in beginners language how to install Navman F20 onto my Navman icn520. It is unlocked and i have the connectivity cd for the F20 and also folders with maps and other things in. I just do not know how to turn my icn520 into a F20.[/b] |

I know nothing about Navman devices. However, from looking at them, it seems you don't get maps free, so what you're asking for is likely to be help with pirating the maps and software - we do not allow that here.

Hi Dennis, ok thanks for your reply. I think i will go onto Ebay and look for a newer Navman as the maps on mine are 2005 and there have been no updates since and does not look like there will be. But is it possible to buy maps and install them onto my icn520 from another Navman range?. |

Sadly not, Navman don't have a very good track record when it comes to supporting the older products from their stable, if you feel like long term support for new maps is important then Garmin or TomTom are the ones to go for as these both offer such a service - Mike |
