Can someone please tell me how to capture an image from my PDA when I have navigation software running, and at a later time transfer the image to my PC (either by reading it from a storage card, or via Active Sync)

I don't use either of these programs (I tend to use SOTI's Pocket Controller - Professional), but I particularly like the first option's support of PNG.
I've found that Pocket PC screenshots tend to be the smallest in PNG format, and PNG doesn't have the loss of quality of JPEG for this application.

I use the free pocket Quick View (PQView), whcih is an image viewing program.
It's got an option to take a screen shot after a definable length of time, which means that you have to switch to the program/screen that you want captured within the time defined to enable it to capture the screenshot. Not ideal but works for me. |
