TomTom Rider and Nokia 5800

Hi to all,

just returned to the forums after a long time, my last post was a few years ago!!

I am struggling to pair my Rider" with the Nokia 5800, I get it paired and the phone works but is very distorted through the Scala headset (the tomtom instructions are clear through the headset), also I cannot get it to connect to the 5800's GPRS. can anyone advise Please.

I had the same problems often the phone would not connect so gave up.

Didnt really want to have the phone on when riding anyway.

The replies are what I expected after doing some trawling through the net. It is disappointing that a phone such as the 5800 is lacking in this way. Any suggestions as to what to replace the 5800 with, despite this I would prefer a nokia. My setup would be, TomTom Rider v2, Cardo Teamset intercoms and ??? phone.
