First things first:
I have a TT720 and it is kept up to date with all the latest software from TT as well as TT home.
Last night I tried to add some POI via the TT site for Spain and now my unit has completely gone awol!
I get the start up screen and the TT jingle. The next screen stays on for a few seconds........ then nothing. I then connected the device to TT Home via the docking station and after about 30 seconds it disconnects itself. I think the battery has gone as I cannot boot it up on it's own.
Any clues about what to do next as I am truly at a loss?
Great site BTW.

Did the pin reset. First 20 seconds then I went for 30. Still no joy though. |

When you connect it, does the power LED come on? Have you tried charging it up without it being turned on? Just wondering if the battery is so dead, it can't start up and needs a good charge before it will play ball. _________________ Gerry

The green LED light does indeed come on. I can leave it alone on charge(?) for a while if I need to but it was in my car last night for almost two hours with the in car charger connected but still no joy. That said I have had problems with the unit not apparently shutting down properly over the last few months and maybe this is draining the battery.
Thanks for all your rapid replies. It is appreciated.
