Converting auto route files to ov2 files

The TomTom site said there was a psp to axe converter. I have a BT (British Telecom) Exchange poi file for autoroute "6300 bt site.axe". Can this format be converted into an ov2 file for use with tom tom?

Yes, my POIConverter v3 program in the Downloads area under POI Icons and Converters | PC will read axe files and convert them to ov2 files.
