I've just tried the new version, it is much nicer.
recalculating route is fast, the views are good except in some roundabouts where it is not easy to see the exit on the map when approaching.
also I think the menus can be improved a little bit (but i did not read any help topic), I could not find all the poi lists.
it keeps telling me that french is not supported but i imagine it will be soon...
I made a post on the speed cam pois, is it possible to update speed cam database ?
anyway great job ! |

I hated the look at first - seemed more like a computer game than a serious satnav!
However, used it for a whole day while driving / moving flats, a few days after installing at it, and it worked a charm. The only issue is if using for walking directions. I only did this a handful of times, but specifically in central London, it was awful! It was sending me in circles and even through a really dodgy looking housing estate with narrow paths! Was impressed it knew that they were paths but would have preferred it sticking to main roads - maybe i need to adjust settings however. |

Thanks for this great feedback.
We will be adding additional language support soon including French and you should be able to add it without and application change.
Regarding pedestrian routes - we calculate the shortest pedestrian route possible - however we don't have information about - and can't take responsibility for the relative safety of one route or another. I don't think you will find any SatNav that will do that.
Thanks
