Hi, I wonder if it would be possible for you to remove the following POI as it has changed from a SHELL garage to a Tesco garage...
I've tried removing the POI myself, but all I can select is the Tesco garage..
The SHELL garage was called - Rainbow Werrington FS
Centre Latitude: 52.62205704397661 Longitude: -0.27297645807266235
Location should be - Staniland Way - Crowhurst, Werrington Peterborough
Thanks...
Stampy, have you tried to Change rather than remove.
Once you submit the request it will be done by the POI admin. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2589, IPad2, RAC 05'
Action: Change existing POI
1. Select "Change existing POI" using the Action drop-down box.
2. Scroll down to the Google Map and fill in the Find a location box. Then click the "Find a location" button to search for that location. If successful the Google Map will centre on the requested location.
3. Click on the icon of the POI that you want to change. The POI Title, Category, SubCategory and ID are shown above the Google Map.
4. Click on the link associated with the POI, shown for example as ID:1234, to transfer the information to the form.
5. Change the fields that are to be updated.
6. Add a comment explaining the reason for the change.
7. Check that all the required details are present and then click on the "Submit Entry" button to send the data for review.

The problem is that, instead of submitting a change from Shell to Tesco, the original submitter has submitted a new POI using the same coordinates and, as far as I can see (I think a see a Shell POI flash up when you first display the location), there are now 2 POIs on exactly the same spot. For some reason (alphabetic?) the Tesco POI is displayed last and you can't now select the Shell POI to request a remove!
Or you could always submit a move for the Tesco, wait until that has been actioned, submit a remove for the Shell one, wait until that has been actioned, and then submit a move back for the Tesco. If you don't move it too far, you won't need to move it back! _________________ Jock

That's the EXACT problem...
I was merely asking if it would be possible for one of the ADMIN's to remove the offending Shell Garage, which is now the aforesaid TESCO garage!!! _________________ XL LIVE IQ Routes (Europe)
