tt 700 problem

Hi everyone I have a problem with my tt700 when connected in the car it works as it should for a while, the green light is on and it simply shuts down the green light stays on even while shut down I thought it might be a battery problem because the battery icon showing on the screen shows not much life left but surely if it is plugged in it should run from that power supply it will restart if I press the button again but dies after a few minutes any suggestions gratefully received thanks Chris

It could be a loose connection between the socket in the device and the plug at the end of the cable.

The pins or shroud may not be firmly connected.

If you have a home charger, does the same thing happen?
