Hi

Just woken upto the fact that my Tungsten T can be used for other things in addition to my address book.

I would appreciate some guidance on what's the current GPS available which is simple to use in terms of wires and user friendliness in a car.
(I have been trying to figure out from the forums the best one for Tunsten T and getting confused).

Thanks Confused

Are you looking for the "best" one or do you have more precise requirements (like you mentioned user friendliness)? All the systems on the market have their strengths and weaknesses, and there is no one single best one. TomTom, Mapopolis, Mapsonic, etc. - they all work on the T|T .

For GPS receiver I would recommend BlueTooth - saves you the wires, and gives you more freedom of how to place it iin the car.

I'm pretty sure that if you've got the original Tungsten T, it's not powerful enough to run TomTom Navigator (which I believe needs a T3). That said, there should still be plenty of worthwhile GPS applications for your Tungsten T.

As Lutz said, it would help if you said what you wanted to achieve.

I would like to use it for directions in the car and would like it to be easy to use.

I would like to have few suggestions which would work in TT. I was worried that I might buy something which isn't adapatable to TT.

Thanks Smile
