- How often are you using your PDA GPS system?
- What are you using it for?
- Are you using the PDA only for GPS or other things? In that case what!?
- Do you regret you bought the navgation system?
Thats all.
have a nice day everyone.

Hi JLW,
1. Everyday, even on routes I know. It’s something for the passengers to watch!
2. Satellite Navigation! ;-) Seriously for social and fun.
3. Mainly for SatNav but also synchronise with Outlook calendar so I know what my appointments/meetings are going to be like before I get to work.
4. Never – I just love gadgets. 8)

Hi,
I don't currently have a PDA/GPS setup, but would dearly love one. However, I am currently bored so I thought I would answer your questions on the basis of how I would answer them if I did own one.
1. I would probably use the GPS system every time I went out driving on journeys of a few miles or more. I would use the PDA every day as I do my desktop PC.
2. I would use it for satellite navigation and would also make full use of the organisational capabilities of the PDA.
3. As #2, plus I would probably use it occasionally for email and internet on the move.
4. If I had the funds to buy one I don't think it's a purchase I would ever regret - not after having seen the usefulness of them when you are in strange and confusing places (e.g. the M4/M5 junction!)

1. Every day, nearly every trip.
2. GPS, mileage logging, internet, email, changing TV channels in bars <snigger>.
3. For other things as well. See above.
4. Absolutely not. In fact, I own three! _________________ Tim |

hi
i brought the aldi pda with gps for £350 A few months ago
best thing i ever did
with my bad memory i use it every week. visiting friends / holiday destinations / any journey over 25 miles and ideal if you get stuck in a jam it auto reprograms when you take a different route. Makes you aware of roundabouts before you reach them so that you get in the right lane, auto detects that you are travelling fast on the motorway so gives you a 2 mile warning of turn off and of course the warning of speed cameras (but ive yet to get that working)
but the best thing of all "NO MORE ARGUMENTS WITH MY WIFE" :D and so we arrive refreshed and still speaking and not stressed out.
hope this helps
